OUR HISTORY


Created in 2010 with a mission to effectively participate in the assistance of war victims, the Community Awakening of Assistance to Victims “RECOVI” is a non-profit, apolitical association approved by Ministerial Order n° 530/108 of February 3, 2011.
Immediately created, RECOVI quickly embarked on a community development program and the fight against armed violence, assistance to vulnerable groups including (ex-combatants, street children; ex-child soldiers, victims of violence, children of unaccompanied female ex-combatants, traumatized children, children orphaned by AIDS and other vulnerable groups in collaboration with the center for the supervision and development of ex-combatants (CEDAC).
